Squash is an exciting, fast-paced indoor sport that is enjoyed in many countries around the world. Squash can be enjoyed by all fitness levels at the same time being a great way to get fit.

The nature of play in squash can expose players to multiple injury risks. The major injuries that can occur on the squash court include eye injury from a squash ball, being hit by either a squash ball or a racquet, leg-related (knee, ankle, achilles tendon) injuries from the constant change-of-direction and back or shoulder strains.
The rules and play of squash aim to mitigate the risks of being hit by a squash ball or racquet by using a "let" system. The "let" system, in short, allows for the stoppage of play and the awarding of penalty points for getting in the way of the ball.
